Terms of Use

Yukon.uz is a technology platform for viewing, searching, and publishing cargo, transport, and related listings.

The platform only provides access to listings and related contact information where available. It does not itself provide transportation, brokerage, forwarding, insurance, or payment services.

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the platform.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and access credentials.
• You must not allow unauthorized persons to use your account.

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
• Provide accurate, non-misleading, and up-to-date listing and contact information.
• Do not interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the platform.

• Posting illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or infringing content.
• Sending spam, scraping at scale, or abusing search, messaging, or contact functions.
• Attempting to bypass access restrictions, or technical protections.
• Using the platform in a way that could damage the platform or other users.

• You are solely responsible for the content you publish or transmit through the platform.
• We may remove or restrict access to content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of user-submitted content.
• Some content may originate from publicly available sources and is provided without warranty.

• Banerma Group LLC operates the platform only as a technology service provider.
• Banerma Group LLC is not a carrier, freight forwarder, broker, shipper, consignee, insurer, or payment intermediary unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Banerma Group LLC is not a party to agreements made between users.

Users interact and make decisions independently and at their own risk. You are responsible for verifying counterparties, cargo details, vehicle details, prices, documents, and all commercial or legal terms before relying on any listing or entering into any arrangement.

The platform, including its software, branding, design, databases, and non-user content, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or otherwise exploit platform materials.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the platform, remove content, or block accounts if we reasonably believe that you violated these Terms, created security risks, engaged in abuse, or if such action is required by law.

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Banerma Group LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or losses arising from user conduct, third-party content, or user-to-user interactions or transactions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law and the competent courts of the Republic of Uzbekistan, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after the updated version becomes effective means you accept the revised Terms.
