By using Yukon Uz services, you agree to the terms set out in this agreement. The system provides a platform for searching cargo transportation services, posting listings, and connecting users, and is not responsible for agreements made between users.

• User: any person using the system services.
• Cargo sender: a user who posts cargo information for transportation.
• Carrier: a user who offers cargo transportation services.

Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information about their cargo, vehicles, or transportation needs. Providing false information may lead to account blocking or deletion. Users must also comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the system.

Yukon Uz is a platform that connects users through the website, Telegram bot, and mobile app to search for and offer cargo transportation services. The system does not verify the quality, safety, or legality of the services provided and does not interfere in agreements between users.

The platform may charge fees for premium services, such as increased visibility of listings or access to additional features. All payments between cargo senders and carriers are made outside the platform and are not controlled by the bot. Users are responsible for complying with payment terms between themselves.

Yukon Uz is not responsible for any damages, losses, or disputes arising between users or third-party service providers. Users agree to use the system at their own risk.

By using this system, you consent to the collection and processing of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We undertake to protect your personal information and not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

All materials provided in the system, including text, graphics, logos, interfaces, database elements, and software code, are the property of Yukon Uz and are protected by copyright. Copying, distributing, or using materials without the owner’s prior written consent is prohibited.

Yukon Uz reserves the right to change the terms of this agreement at any time. Changes take effect upon publication in the system. Continuing to use the system after changes are made means you agree to the updated terms.

We reserve the right to terminate a user’s access to system services without prior notice if the user violates the terms of the agreement or for other reasons.
